Essie Borrowed & Blue
Application was a bit streaky on first coat but i think it was because of my base coat. This is two coats. Very fresh and pretty although at first I thought it was a bit chalky for my skin color.
Then I used a dotting tool and made flowers using Funky Fingers Starling
And lastly, I used rhinestones in the middle of the flowers and topped it with my top coat.
Simple and Pretty. What do you think?
